We needed an area surveyed but weren’t pressed for time. We got on his list probably 15 months out (I’m a planned person) and when time came that we had to have the land surveyed, he came out and within days everything was done. He’s crazy busy just like all the other surveyors in surrounding counties but I felt he was worth the wait. He is reasonably priced and comparable to other surveyors. He’s well respected in town and justifiably so.

If anyone in the McMinnville area needs a survey, I strongly recommend Moore Land Surveys. Mike More came out and went the extra mile to locate existing survey pins along our creek area and then added buried metal pins next to the wooden stakes along the property line to help locate the position in case the wooden ones get mowed again. Great work, Great personality. A true professional!!

Moore Land Surveys provides Warren and surrounding counties in middle Tennessee with professional Land Surveying Services. Michael Moore graduated from ETSU in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Surveying. He then worked as a LSIT until 2012. During this time he gained valuable knowledge in working directly with other Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers. Michael passed the State and NCEES examination in 2012.

Michael is a member of TAPS (Tennessee Association of Professional Surveyors) and NSPS (National Society of Professional Surveyors).
